SkullBone Laser Graphics ("SLG") will not reproduce any "Harley-Davidson" logos, decals, or trademarked items except on officially licensed Harley-Davidson products.
SLG will be held harmless for any damages or defects that may occur to parts with less than industry-standard chroming process. Imaging on non OEM-parts are subject to damage and SLG will not pay to replace them.
All marks to any part is not covered under any manufacturer's warranty and will not be responsible for replacement. Any chrome defects that are present at the time of marking will be advised and noted.
All handguns and knives that are marked will be with written consent at the time of ordering and any handgun owner must have a valid CHL present. These items will not be marked in a public event unless it is authorized by an event sponser.
All marks to any part(s) will remain private and will not be offered for public marking. Any motorcylce club logo's are the property of the club and only officers of the club have the right to allow SLG to mark an "official logo" to any members bike or parts. We will NOT mark any club logo without the consent of an officer and only at an event that officers will be present.
Charity events and marks for any cause will be authorized by the sole family member allowing SLG to make such products for that benefit.
SLG has the right to refuse any order.
SLG means no disrespect, but we value the rules and criteria and standards that clubs and organizations have made to keep their products and related material the property of just that - THEIRS!
